Carol has over 40 years of strength training, has been a certified personal trainer for over 25 years.


Her goal is to be able to help anybody at any age with any limitation at a reasonable rate.

Carol's Philosophy:

  • Carol's view of fitness is different from the Standard American/Western style.  She has developed a system based more on Eastern practices that allow the  whole body to be exercised at each session. 
  • Carol has developed a technique for a warm-up and between-set stretches which prevent pain after each workout. Eastern Practices are incorporated into the training regime which allows the individual to focus on the particular muscle being worked. This method makes it safe and pain-free to work the entire body every day if desired. 
  • In addition, careful research and study of alternative ways to perform weight training make it possible to get more overall benefit to each muscle or group from each exercise. 
  • Carol believes that working out can be fun and works to create a neighborhood approach.  This adds a social component and encourages everyone to support each other.
